需要从降低加热炉污染物总量，减少烟气中污染物含量的技术。无组织废气的深度治理，油气回收、油泥浮渣池治理设施的排
放指标已不满足废气排放要求。

生产装置挥发性有机物治理，非甲烷总烃<120mg/m³、去除率≮97%
加热炉烟气各项污染物的超低排放，满足国家环保指标（-现行标准：NxOy:150Mg/m3，目标控制氮氧化物≯50mg/m³）
